Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of aibuildercourse.com and the AI Builder Course (the “Course”). By purchasing or using the Course you agree to them.

Your license

When you purchase the Course you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access all Course materials for as long as the Course is offered, including future updates. You may use the prompts, templates, and code from the Course in your own personal and commercial projects.

You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the paid lesson content, or share your account with others. Team access is available on request.

Payments and refunds

The Course is sold for a one-time payment processed securely by Stripe. There are no recurring charges. If you are not satisfied, email support@aibuildercourse.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunded purchases lose access to paid content.

Accounts

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.

Educational content

The Course is educational. AI tools change frequently and may behave differently than described. Code and techniques are provided “as is” without warranty; you are responsible for how you use AI models and the features you build with them, including reviewing their output and complying with the terms of any third-party tools and services you use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Course is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
